Weight Log: 37.5 kg
I've decided to start a 'Weight Gain' diet.
For a couple of months now, I've been getting many comments from different people on how skinny I've become. At first I thought they just didn't have anything else to say. I would always reply, 'I've eaten a lot already,' which is true. Comparing with the last year where I was so unfamiliar with the horrible MD canteen food, I've seriously changed my eating habits this year. But despite having eaten bigger proportions and being less picky with food, I have LOST weight!
Last year I proabably weighed a maximum 42 kg. During a medical check up last month, I weighed in 38.5 kg! I'm so effing shocked.
Weighing myself today with the old style weight scale (the only one I can find around the house), I lost another kilogram! How is this possible?! Perhaps this can be explained by an error with the scale itself, it has been in the family ever since I was born, hehe.
Looking through pictures, I must admit, I do look thinner. So I've decided to start a weight gain diet in order to pack on a few pounds, healthily of course.
Usually, people will take before and after pictures of their stomachs during progammes like these. But obviously, my tummy will remain sexily flat, so there is no need to take pictures of my steadfast flat tummy.
My target would be to gain 5 kg in two months, that's 42.5 kg by 23rd of August. Hopefully, I'll gain enough by then and also achieve a sexy 8 figure, haha! A little over reaching on the last part, but who knows, I might just.
I'll keep a log of my progress in this blog, so for those who keep complaining that I'm too skinny and wants me to become fat, keep in check!
And what a perfect day to start. I'll be going over to my cousin's house tonight for a cousins gathering barbeque. No grown ups here so it should be fun. Food, here I come!
