Maktab Duli's Jogathon
On 2007-04-28 at 4:12 p.m.

For a hellish three hours I thought I lost my STPRI report book. It just came to me that I never claimed it back after the 'O' Levels. I checked with Helwa and Afifah and they don't have theirs either. Thank goodness I didn't lose it. I literally looked every inch of my house. I even found my Chung Hwa KG3 report card. I got a perfect 100 in Pengetahuan Am once, haha. And I got two Bs for 'Pergaulan'. Must be something wrong with the teacher! Muzik, lukisan and nyanian all Bs, haha, no surprise there!

I panicked like crazy because I thought I lost my Secondary report book. The contents are so damn pretty, yah! So many 1s, hehe. And then there's all the good comments from the principal and Mr Leong. It's actually a good excuse for me to visit STPRI, which I shall plan with my fellow ex-STPRI-ans soon enough.

This morning was the fund raising Jogathon for Maktab Duli. It's the first ever big event outside the classroom since I've entered MD last year. So I took this opportunity to have a big ass fun not wearing school uniform.

I think that the college really needs this fund raising event. For those who are not in Maktab Duli, the school has ran out of stationery supplies, and this includes marker pen refills and printing paper. The teachers just keep complaining that they had to go out to the store just to buy the refills and photocopy notes for us. Mr Simmonds was being silly and even showed us the price tag of the refill he bought, $4.90.

The jogathon started out horrendous because every student received a memo days before stating that girls MUST wear tudong, long-sleeved sports shirt and long sports pants. Can you imagine, I only have three sports shirt and they are all T-shirts. I had to wear TWO LAYERS. The inner layer was long-sleeved but see through, haha. Then add on the tudong, it was a sweat fest.

Some people were being deviants, wearing punk outfits. I saw this one girl wearing a tight tee, a jacket and tudong. Her tee was tiny and you could see her tummy. I mean, seriously, why go through all the trouble of covering yourself up from head to toe and then just show off ur hairy tummy? Some people!

I can't help but say I look good in that picture. It's just one of those days where your tudong turns out perfect. *thumbs up* But all go to waste as I had to take off my tudong to run in the end.

My jogathon partner, posing like that for her own reasons. We jogged back in STPRI as well. I must say, even with her tiny size, Afifah so does not disappoint when it comes to running, haha. I had to catch up with her a couple of times. We turned out to be the first ex-STPRI-ans to finish the jog and top 100, maybe even 50, girls to finish the jog. Ohk, maybe just top 100. Definitely top 100 girls!

The boys started the run first. Being the busybody that I am, I took a picture.

Afifah had time to be silly, I had time to take silly pictures.

At the 'less-than-halfway' checkpoint, the security guard was handing out Red Bulls and Suci drinks. I wanted the Red Bull because I never tried it before. Afifah was like, 'No, Jo! Air saja bah.' So I just took the Suci bottle. But then we shouldn't have taken it, it was such a drag to carry a heavy bottle the rest of the way. I would have felt guilty to throw it away. And then there are these people who I hope SHOULD feel guilty!

They just threw their Red Bull cans on the grass. What a bunch of stupid idiots. Some of them didn't even finish the drink.

At the end of the run, Afifah and I were looking around for five minutes and saw that there were no other Upper Six ex-STPRI-ans around. We came to crown ourselves as the FIRST and SECOND Upper Six ex-STPRI-ans to finish the run. YAY! HAHA!

I asked Afifah to take a picture of me. I was like, 'Nah, Fah,' handing her my phone. 'Take a picture of...' *CLICK* Not very often there are candid pictures of me, so enjoy.

This is me being very lame. These are the FIRST, SECOND and THIRD Upper Six ex-STPRI-ans to finish. Fifah, me, then Khairah.

Hard-working boys bringing the trash bin around. They deserve a mention but I don't know who they are. Keeping the world cleaner, yeah!

Afifah, Rozana-licious and Helwa.

We went back up to the college after the prize-giving. We played Pepsi-Cola, Ice-and-Water and danced the cha-cha. It's been a million of years since I've played those games, haha. After all those years I still keep getting caught first.

This person came along and I thought that the bag was cute. But it was such a horrible figure for a girl. Then the person turned around and turned out to be a guy named Khairul. Attention-seeking much?

I shall conclude by saying that the college should hold more events like this, not just once every two years. The college should also save money to buy supplies rather than buy drinks for students who litter.

On a last note, roadkills, for example frogs, are so damn icky.

BACK TO STUDYING!
